    Had her pjs..not a robe..so I'm excited.
    My tips and I use them..all electronics off t.5 hours before bed..no tv in bedroom..have the room dark and cold..nice linens and PJ's for luxury too.

  69. I take 25mgs of diphenhydramine. It's inexpensive and doesn't cause (me) any side effects. It makes me drowsy about 15 minutes after I take it.

    What seems to work for me is to not spend time in your bed except when you are trying to get to sleep. That means not going to lay in bed after work or on the weekends. Your body will equate the bed with sleep!

  75. My best tip is to not spend time in your bed except when you are ready to sleep. If you spend too much downtime or relaxing time in bed, your body will not as easily fall asleep as it would if you just go back when you’re reading to call it a night.
