ReplyDeleteI have severe food allergies and have to limit much of what I eat. I also can't eat many sweets due to the way my body converts the sugars into yeast. I can eat the chocolate spread, the jams, and the honey. I want to cry with happiness here. My children, both on the ADHD diet, would be able to eat these items as well. What rare treats this would be for all of us.
