Go to www.happytoymachine.com and click on “Create a Toy.” At the Toy Builder screen, you can choose from among three “families” of characters:
Plushlings
Smushimals
Mixalots
My son chose to make a Mixalot. On the next screen, he was given a choice of creating a Bunny, Puppy, Cat, Bear, Cow, Robot, Monster, or Alien. He chose the Bear. Then came the fun part… He was able to choose body parts for his bear (wings, ears, horns, tail, eyes, and much more!) as well as colors and designs for each part. You can even put art and writing on the shirt. My son chose a picture of a basketball with his name on it. Select a gender, favorite foods and hobbies, as well as a hometown! There are thousands of combinations, so no two toys will be the same. You can also browse through some pre-made designs to inspire you. Here’s a picture of my son with the adorable black bear that he created!
Our cat, Bella, likes it, too!
At the Happy Toy Machine, kids can create all kinds of toys for free, with no obligation to purchase. The program is super-easy to use, so children of all ages can easily design their own toy. They can see on-screen what their toy looks like and change the features over and over again until they’ve created something they absolutely love. Then an adult can help them order the toy. You can also purchase gift certificates. This makes a great gift for out-of-town grandparents to give to their grandchildren. It’s easy to send, and kids can create something they’ll play with over and over again.
The toys from the Happy Toy Machine are safe for all ages. All of the toys’ features are embroidered on. This means there are no glued-on or snapped-on features that can fall off and potentially pose a risk to small children. Also, all of their fabric and stuffing material is certified to be non-toxic and child-safe. Happy Toy Machine toys are made in the United States.
Encourage your children’s or grandchildren’s creativity by visiting the Happy Toy Machine with them and seeing what wonderful toys they can dream up! The possibilities -- and the fun -- are endless. You can find the Happy Toy Machine through the links below:
