No More Diets App: Dr. Jenn Berman’s Guide to Overcoming Overeating and Losing Weight (GIVEAWAY; 10 Winners!)

I’ve been following Dr. Jenn Berman’s career for many years. Dr. Jenn, as she’s known to her fans, is amazing! She is a Marriage, Family and Child Therapist, and has appeared on hundreds of TV shows, including The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, The Early Show, and CNN. She is a radio-show host, author, magazine columnist, children’s clothing line founder, and the mother of twin daughters. Whew! I’m exhausted just thinking about all of her accomplishments. Now, Dr. Jenn can add “app developer” to her resume!

    This is awesome. I have been listening to Dr. Jenn for a bit over a year now, and her mindset has led to me making lifestyle changes that are improving my overall weight and health. But, since I have lost only 20 lbs of the 200 I have to lose, I would love this app to maybe help me refocus and continue along this path.

  2. I like that the app uses a "non-diet" approach. Just the word "diet" has so much negative baggage attached to it. Great to find a new approach!

  4. I am currently struggling with emotional/ binge eating and not being able to tell when I'm full. I've already put my eyes on the app and became very interested when Dr. Jenn tweeted saying that the app programer? lost weight while doing the app
