Pampers Launches New Program to Pay It Forward to Families with Little Miracles

Pampers is turning 50! And to celebrate, they’ve launched their Little Miracle Missions campaign, a program that demonstrates their belief that every baby is a miracle that deserves to be celebrated, supported and protected. Celebrities like Joey Lawrence, Ali Larter and Mark Consuelos were recently on hand to donate care packages to New York’s Mt. Sinai Hospital, officially kicking off the campaign’s mission to deliver care packages to Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) around the country.

So, how can you participate in Pampers’ Little Miracle Missions program? It’s simple. Just go to and “like” their page. Then take the pledge to offer support and congratulations to an expectant or new mother with a gift or nice gesture. When more than 2,500 people have made the pledge, Pampers will give baby showers to expectant mothers nationwide in time for Mother’s Day!

Pampers has also issued a challenge to me and other mom bloggers. They’ll be donating a $50 Visa gift card with the stipulation that we pay it forward! It will be up to me to find some way to use this money to celebrate, support or protect miracle babies in my community. From May 5-10, I’ll be participating in the I Love My Mommy Blog Hop, and during that time I’ll share my pay-it-forward story with you along with a giveaway for another $50 gift card to one lucky reader with the challenge to also pay it forward to support families with little ones in your community. You might want to use the money to purchase diapers for a needy family, buy groceries to prepare a meal for a family with a new baby, or even use it as seed money to host a larger fundraiser in your community. It’s entirely up to you how you spend the money, but I’m hoping you’ll be inspired to do something to benefit the little miracles in your hometown.

And while you’re looking forward to that, please head over to right now and make a pledge in the Little Miracle Missions campaign. Remember, as soon as they get 2,500 pledges, the giving will begin!
