Video Game Review: Cars Toon: Mater’s Tall Tales for Wii

As many of you know, I have four sons, and where there are boys, there are video games! All four of my boys, ages 6 to 20, enjoy them. With my six-year-old twins, it’s obviously important that the games they play are age-appropriate. A game that’s perfect for young boys is Cars Toon: Mater’s Tall Tales for Wii! Featuring characters from the popular Disney/Pixar animated shorts of the same name, this game can be enjoyed by the whole family (up to 4 players).

My twins really enjoyed customizing their cars, competing against each other, earning trophies and cash, and unlocking hidden games. Players can:
  • Travel to Spain to experience Mater’s epic clash in the Bulldozer Arena
  • Blaze along the midnight streets of Tokyo to test their drifting skills
  • Take part in unbelievable stunts in front of a roaring crowd of fans as seen in “Mater the Greater”
  • Embark on an adventure in electrifying tales of renown from “Mater’s Tall Tales”
If you’re looking for a family-friendly game for the holidays, I recommend Cars Toon: Mater’s Tall Tales for Wii! Family members of all ages will be entertained by this fun and competitive game. Visit www.disney.com/carsvideogames for more information.

DISCLOSURE: I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Disney Interactive Studios and received the Cars Toon: Mater’s Tall Tales Wii game to facilitate my review.
