Hot for the Holidays: Road Rippers Remote Control Cars from Toy State

Every little boy -- and big boy, too -- loves remote control vehicles! If you’re looking for a great gift for the holidays, you’ll want to check out the Road Rippers remote control collection from Toy State. Their cars are designed to look like real high-performance cars and trucks.

My sons were thrilled to test drive a Road Rippers R/C Motor Muscle car. The 1971 Dodge Super Bee they received is part of a line of classic 1960s and 70s muscle cars with flashing lights, sound effects, and even a classic song from the era! Other Motor Muscle models include the 1967 Corvette Stingray, 1969 Dodge Daytona, and 1970 GTO Judge.

My boys were, of course, enamored with this car. It was very easy to maneuver and went forward and backward in all directions. They bumped it into plenty of solid objects, and the car held up great! My only suggestion for improvement is that I wish we could turn off the song. My kids kept setting it off accidentally, and it got tiresome listening to the same song over and over. (That was when I sent them out to the driveway to use the car!) But other than that, this makes a terrific toy for the car lover in your life!

The Road Rippers R/C Motor Muscle collection is available at Wal-mart, Target, Toys “R” Us, Kmart and many other stores! Check them out at the websites below.
