One World One Love: More Fabulous Music from Michael Bolton

I’ve been a fan of Michael Bolton ever since he hit the music scene. Do you remember when he was a rock star? I loved this album!

Over the years, he has mellowed out (and cut the rock star hair) and become one of the best singers of romantic ballads of all time. I especially love his Time, Love and Tenderness album. You’ve got to hear his rendition of “When a Man Loves a Woman”! You’ll know why Michael has sold more than 53 million records and won multiple Grammys. Oh, that voice…

My favorite song by Michael Bolton has to be his remake of Otis Redding’s “(Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay,” which you can find on his Greatest Hits CD. It’s amazing.

So, I was thrilled to be asked to review Michael Bolton’s newest CD, One World One Love. Over the years, Michael has experimented with many different genres of music, from R&B to opera to pop and hip hop, and this album is no exception. On this CD, he duets with the fabulous Lady Gaga and R&B star Ne-Yo. And the songs encompass a wide range of styles. I’ve been having a great time driving my car to the sounds of this CD! And, of course, immersing myself in Michael’s hypnotic voice…
