Bath and Beauty Companies Are Offering Pink Products in October!

Throughout the month of October, for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’ll be highlighting companies and products that benefit breast cancer charities and research. I recently told you about major retailers that have pink products. Today, I’d like to share some pink bath and beauty products!

From their website: Shower for the Cure is philosophy’s pink ribbon shower gel -- a creamy, all-in-one formula that can be used as a shampoo, shower gel or bubble bath. This long-time philosophy favorite contains a touch of milk proteins and fruit essences to provide a delightful experience for your senses. Shower for the Cure represents the spirit of every woman and 100% of philosophy’s net proceeds from the sale of Shower for the Cure will be donated to the Women’s Cancer Research Fund. Go to www.philosophy.com and click on the box that says “Take Action.”

Avon has many pink products available, including the adorable tote pictured above, which is only $10. Just go to www.avonfoundation.org to see their full line of products to benefit breast cancer causes.

This limited edition Clinique keychain, called Great Lips, Great Cause, is sold exclusively at Sephora. The keychain comes with three Long Last Glosswear SPF 15 minis and two charms -- a Clinique “C” and Breast Cancer Awareness Pink Ribbon. Ten dollars of each purchase will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation during October 2009. Click HERE to purchase.

From their website: This Soap for Hope gift set contains two 4-oz. sandalwood rose soap bars and a natural wood soap dish. LATHER and celebrated “soap” star Andrea Evans have teamed up to create this olive oil soap infused with rose petals and scented with delicately sweet rose absolute oil and warm, exotic sandalwood oil to produce a heady, sensual aroma. Through September 30, 2010, LATHER will donate $12 from the sale of each gift set (up to $100,000) to benefit City of Hope for breast cancer research, treatment and education. Click HERE to order.

This site has an assortment of products available from various beauty companies for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For any product purchased at www.beauty.com/cancerandcareers from October 12-18, they’ll donate 10% of the sale to Cancer and Careers, which helps women who are surviving cancer to access resources as they learn to balance work and treatment. One of their products includes the Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners Hand Recovery Cream pictured above.

DISCLOSURE: I have not received or purchased any of these products. This post is not considered an endorsement of any of these products, but rather simply a reporting of what's available to support breast cancer causes.

UPDATE: I later purchased the Avon bag. It's very roomy and pretty!
