FED UPAs a mom, it scares me when I hear the statistic that our kids are the first generation that may have a shorter life span than their parents. When I am at my children’s school, it makes me sad to see how many children are obese. The upcoming movie, FED UP, sheds a spotlight on the reasons for this rapidly growing epidemic in our society.
In Theaters May 9
About the movie:
For the past 30 years, everything we thought we knew about food and exercise is dead wrong. FED UP is the film the food industry doesn’t want you to see. From Katie Couric, Laurie David (Oscar-winning producer of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig, FED UP will change the way you eat forever. The film opens in theaters across the country on May 9th.
