    I exercise 30-45 a day, I don't typically enjoy the exercise itself, but I enjoy the way it makes me feel.

    I exercise 3 times a week and at times I do hate it but I love how I feel after.

  5. I have plenty of time to exercise every day. My hubby and I do a few stretching exercises every evening. I should do more though. We both have back pain. I have fibromyalgia and need to do stretching exercises more than any other type. I like to do some exercises.

  7. i'm handicapped and wheelchair bound so stretching and range of motion are about all i can do. i can do weights with my arms but very little with the legs.

  8. lol, time to exercise! you would think I was in great shape because daily I spend about 4 hours in the gym. My jaw is in great shape from talking, and Im not fat.... slightly overweight by like 15lbs. So I actually must like it.

  10. I usually try to do 20-30 mins 3-5 days per week but lately my schedule hasn't been letting me do that. Hoping to get back on track soon!

  11. 1/2 hour and love it! I pick a half hour because it's not hard to do, and if I feel like doing more, than I do…but 1/2 for sure!

    It depends on the day but I average about an 1/2 hour for exercise a day. This does not always happen but I do enjoy exercise.

  24. I have been doing Classical Stretch for about one year. I do it every day. It has made a huge difference in alleviating my fibromyalgia pain. I am eagerly waiting for Season 10.
