As for eating, I’ve never been a big eater or snacker, but one of my goals was to give up the nightly ice-cream treat. Although I love ice cream, I’ve always felt bloated when I eat a lot of it, and I feel much better now that ice cream is a rare treat. Previously, I was finding that I had to buy more and more size 10 clothes, so I’m thrilled that my size 8s are starting to fit again. This is really motivating me to keep up my efforts in 2014! So, what could I do better next year? Even though I don’t overeat, the food I do eat is primarily junk. I’m a lazy cook, so I often reach for the prepared and processed foods, and I rarely eat vegetables. So, I’m hoping to improve the quality of my food in 2014. Wish me luck!
