Happy Halloween Giveaway Event! Enter to Win a $500 K-Mart Gift Card!

It’s Halloween Giveaway Event

As part of this hop, all bloggers have been asked to share a favorite Halloween recipe, costume, memory, etc., so following is my favorite Halloween memory. (If you subscribe to my writing blog, this may sound familiar!)

My favorite Halloween memory is probably my sister’s worst Halloween memory because it was the year that my mom dressed her up as a dining room table. She cut a hole in the top of a big box and put it over my sister’s head. And then she “set” the table by gluing down paper plates and cups, and plastic silverware. She even put a floral headdress on my sister’s head for the centerpiece! It was extremely clever but difficult to navigate. My sister couldn’t see her feet, and when she went to descend the steps in front of our house, she missed a step and went tumbling down the stairs! It was not a pretty sight as she bumped her way down in that huge box, smashing paper cups and sending her headdress into the bushes. Fortunately, she was fine (although extremely embarrassed), and we all had a good laugh afterward!

MPM Network Bloggers are super excited to share their Halloween recipes, crafts, decor ideas and so much more with you this holiday season. Make sure you take a peek at the other fabulous posts below. Surely you will find something that makes you smile!
