Gorton’s #WickedGoodSeafood Sweepstakes ~ Grand Prize Is a Trip to Boston! Plus, Enter This Giveaway for a Gorton’s Prize Pack!

Everyone in our family loves Gorton’s seafood. My favorite has always been their Beer Battered fish, and I love that Gorton’s has a great recipe on their website for making a submarine sandwich with their Beer Battered Tenders. This recipe is especially great for football season! Just whip a bunch of these up to eat while you’re watching the game. Take them to your next game day gathering or tailgating party! Here’s the recipe:

Beer Battered Tenders Sub

Enjoy a delicious pub meal right in your own home -- this sandwich is the perfect balance of crunch and flavor! Just prepare Gorton’s Beer Battered Tenders, toast sub rolls, and top with your favorite vegetables and sauce. Pickles and chips make perfect sides.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1 package (17.3oz) Gorton’s Beer Battered Tenders
6 6” sliced hoagie/sub rolls - toasted if desired
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
Lettuce
Mayonnaise or tartar sauce

Directions:
1. Prepare Gorton's Beer Battered Tenders (17.3oz) according to package instructions.
2. Spread sub rolls with desired amount of mayonnaise. Add lettuce and tomato slices over mayonnaise.
3. Top tomato slices with 2-3 Cooked Tenders.
