Start Your Morning Out Right with Green Mountain’s Wellness Brewed Beverages!

I’m usually the first one to raise my hand when I hear the question, “Did you forget to take your vitamins today?” I know that I should probably be subsidizing my poor diet (I’m not a fan of veggies) with vitamins and minerals, but it just slips my mind most days. However, if you were to ask if I ever skipped my morning coffee, the answer would be “No way!” A survey conducted this year revealed that 95% of people who drink 8 or more cups of coffee each week feel it’s important to get the proper amounts of vitamins and nutrients each day, but 46% of them admit to forgetting to take them. Luckily, Green Mountain Coffee got the brilliant idea to create a “wellness collection” of coffees and teas, which are packed with antioxidants and vitamins so you’ll never forget them!

Green Mountain’s Wellness Brewed beverages are designed for the Keurig brewer and are available in the following varieties:

Green Mountain Coffee Antioxidant Blend
(with antioxidant vitamins C and E)
Green Mountain Coffee Focus Blend
(with 50mg of L-Theanine in each serving)
Celestial Seasonings Antioxidant Max
   Blackberry Pomegranate Green Tea
Celestial Seasonings Antioxidant Max
Blood Orange Star Fruit Green Tea
Vitamin Burst Strawberry Pomegranate
Vitamin Burst Acai Berry

I had the opportunity to sample all of the above products, and they were all fantastic. I like to start out my morning with the coffee (especially the Focus Blend since I’ll be starting to work soon after). And I’ll often have an afternoon pick-me-up with a delicious tea. My favorite is the Celestial Seasonings Antioxidant Max Blood Orange Star Fruit Green Tea, but they are all winners! And I love that I’m getting good nutrients in my coffees and teas, too. They’re ready in minutes with my Keurig brewer!

You can find Wellness Brewed K-Cup packs for Keurig brewers at WellnessBrewed.com, GreenMountainCoffee.com, and Keurig.com. I hope you’ll pick them up and start brewing some delicious coffee or tea this summer!
