Do Allergies Develop in the Womb?

If your child suffers from allergies, especially severe or life-threatening allergies, you’ve undoubtedly wondered how they came about. Were they inherited? Did you do -- or not do -- something during pregnancy that caused allergies? Is it an environmental problem? I recently ran across two comprehensive articles on the website, AsthmaAllergiesChildren.com, that address these puzzling questions based on the most recent medical research.
