Previously, I shared with you how Master Lock is participating in National Random Acts of Kindness Week. They’ll be handing out free locks to gym-goers in six different areas of the country! I have to admit, I really admire people who are disciplined enough to go to the gym regularly. My husband does it, but I don’t. I’m just not a “gym person”! I tend to be very private and don’t like to exercise in public. If I won the lottery, I’d definitely hire a personal trainer to help me work out in the privacy of my own home. It’s really hard to motivate myself. In the past, I’ve bought the cute workout gear, the weights, the balance ball, and the DVDs. My attempts at exercising may last a few weeks, and then I lose interest and manage to find plenty of other things to do that don’t involve exercising!
