What’s the newest craze in collectible toys? KooKoo Birds! My boys were thrilled to receive their very own plush KooKoo Bird. When you squeeze her tummy, she lets out a unique KooKoo call. Squeeze her a little lower and she lays an egg with a baby KooKoo Bird inside! They also received smaller collectible KooKoo Bird figurines. They had so much fun opening up the surprise foil bags to see which KooKoo Bird they got! A little field guide inside helped them identify their unique birds: a Rainbow-Billed Long-Tailed KooKoo and a Ruby-Colored Bad-Tempered Sapsucker! Of course, they were hoping for a limited edition Golden KooKoo, but maybe they’ll get one in the next package!
Those are just two of the toys to be found in the Totally KooKoo collection. For the holidays, we’ll be seeing Totally KooKoo Bird ReTweets that record the words they hear and “retweet” them while moving their beaks and flapping their wings! A KooKoo Kennel and KooKoo Pops monkeys will also be arriving soon. And, of course, kids will be able to add to their KooKoo Birds collection as more bird “breeds” are introduced.

The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100 Toys “R” Us Gift Card and a Totally KooKoo prize pack, and two runners-up will each receive a $50 Toys “R” Us Gift Card! But you have to act fast because this contest ends on September 12, 2011.
