ASA Programs Launches “Tweet Your Teen to Oxford” Social Media Contest

If you’re on Twitter and have a son or daughter in high school, you might want to know about this terrific opportunity from ASA Programs. The “Tweet Your Teen to Oxford” Social Media Contest gives you the opportunity to win free admission for your child to a three-week session of ASA: The Oxford Experience on the campus of Oxford University in England (July 27 – August 14, 2010).

Here’s how to enter the “Tweet Your Teen to ASA Oxford” Contest:

Tweet about why your high school son or daughter (grades 9 – 12) is the best candidate to attend ASA’s Oxford Experience this summer. Make sure to add the #asaoxford hashtag to the end of each tweet in order for the tweet submission to be eligible. Here’s a tweet entry example: “My son wants to study literature at Oxford for his undergrad degree and wants a head start this summer #asaoxford”

ASA will select one winner whose high school son or daughter will attend ASA: The Oxford Experience from July 27 – August 14 (valued at $6,295). Airfare and ground transportation costs not included.

Contestants will be judged on the originality and persuasiveness of their tweets. ASA recommends that contestants tweet daily to maximize their chances of winning this unique study abroad experience.
